Robert Lockwood Bill Greenhalgh, Project Manager – Forty (40) plus years in the construction industry has given me the opportunity to work all over the western states including Alaska, as a heavy equipment operator, carpenter, millwright, logger, road builder, fencing contractor, home builder. For the past 20 years, I’ve worked as a field foreman, site superintendent, general superintendent, estimator, site project manager, vice president of operations, and safety officer. My broad range of work experience allows me to see projects as a whole, which results in better management of all resources and quick response to the changing environment we see in today’s construction industry.
